We aim to provide all customers with free delivery. This simply keeps the costs down for you, the customer! Unfortunately, free economy shipping takes longer than express shipping and does not include regular tracking updates etc. Theres always an option of priority postage too!

The Gastric Band Plate®is very simple. Each divided section on the plate shows images of what type of food should fill that particular portion. You simply stick to the type of food thats in the images, for each portion, and ensure that you dont go over the lines!
Will The Gastric Band Plate® guarantee me weight loss?
Weight loss is never guaranteed, even with weight loss surgery. However, people who use The Gastric Band Plate® are more likely to be in control of their portion size, than those who don’t.
Can The Gastric Band Plate® be used in a dishwasher?
Absolutely! The Gastric Band Plate® has been designed to be durable, long lasting and capable of withstanding hot water temperatures within a dishwasher.
What is The Increment Bottle®?
The Increment Bottle is a BPA free drinking bottle which ensures that you consume the recommended 2 litres of water per day!
Is the Increment Bottle dishwasher safe?
No. As this is made from plastic, we dont advise use in a dishwasher or being cleaned with boiling water.
What if I change my mind? Can I have a refund?
Of course! Provided that the items are returned to us in their original packaging, un-used, you are entitled to a full refund.
What if my item breaks?
Contact us immediately. All of our items come with a warranty, so you can rest assured that you will be provided with a new item, or a full refund.
