Gastric band plate: fab idea!
I don't have a gastric band but I do go to Slimming world. I had a bit of a shock when I saw how small the portion size was but it has helped me realise that I need to get a grip with portion control! The plates are well made and are of good quality. Really chuffed with mine. Thank you very much.
